Loved the modern design of the hotel. The location made it easy to explore both the old town and the Jewish quarter. Plenty of light in the spacious room. It stayed clean with daily room service and the towels changed without asking. Friendly staff helped us store luggage after check-out, which was super convenient. The breakfast options were great for cold items, but I wished for more hot options. A few more details at check-in about our room would have made settling in smoother. While the bed was very comfortable, the pillows sagged a bit. Also, the shower's hand-held option wasn't ideal. a wall-mounted one would have been better. Overall, a lovely stay with some areas to improve.

No slippers or bathrobes in the classic room!!! A bit more attention to soundproofing would be appreciated, as slamming doors from fellow guests can be disruptive!!! A remote for the air conditioner would enhance comfort!!!

A delightful retreat in the heart
Our stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff who were always eager to help. The hotel’s cleanliness and modern decor really set a welcoming tone. Plus, the complimentary coffee machine was a nice touch for our early morning adventures.
However, we were disappointed that the sauna wasn’t included in our stay and required an extra fee. As for dining, while breakfast was sufficient, we found better options nearby.

stayed at dream boutique residence for 3 nights. it's a modern hotel right in the heart of the city. loved the lovely breakfast each morning! the staff also helped us book a trip to auschwitz, which made our visit much easier.
